^{Over his service, John operated in most major operational theatres around the world, gaining invaluable experience in resilience, teamwork, and performance under pressure. In the final five years of his military career, John served in a specialist role as a Forward Air Controller/JTAC, conducting operations in Afghanistan. This role refined his ability to make complex decisions with precision and composure skills that continue to influence his approach to leadership and learning today. After leaving the military, John transitioned into the Learning and Development sector, where he has spent more than a decade designing and delivering impactful training within the corporate world.}
